Broker wie Cuptraders Düsseldorf sind eine andere Größenordnung, zwar kann man schon mit 2000 Euro Einzahlung starten und Aktien weltweit doch man sollte schon Erfahrungen mit rokern haben. Dort sind auch schon Marginkonten (an sich nicht jeder heranwagen sollte) möglich.

    Soweit habe ich die Kostenerhöhungen zunächst noch akzeptiert, dann kam jedoch im Dezember 2019 in einem Anschreiben die Mitteilung, daß ab 1.3.2020 eine Depotgebühr von 0,1 %/a erhoben wird und zudem eine Anhebung der börsenplatzabhängigen Zusatzgebühr auf mind. 2 € . Ich finde dies ist eine Zumutung für die Kunden, die einen kostengünstigen Onlinebroker gewählt hatten.
    Ich war das letzte Jahrzehnt relativ zufrieden mit flatex. Aber es wird immer teurer und umständlicher. Da wird auf die alte Plattform eine neue Plattform aufgesetzt im IT-Bereich aufgesetzt.

    Flatex ignoriert sämtliche Anträge für Depotüberträge mit Depotauflösung. Habe schon 3 Anträge geschickt. den 3. per Einschreiben das auch zugestellt wurde. Der Support schweigt sich aus und beantwortet keine Anfragen. Der absolut letzte Laden, bin froh wenn das Thema Flatex geschichte ist. Seit dem ersten Antrag vom 16.12.2019 ist nichts passiert. Eine unseriösere Depotbank habe ich noch nie erlebt.
    Es ist eigentlich alles gesagt, auch ich werde wechseln, was mich nur wundert, wieso die Geschäftsführung tatenlos zusieht, wie Flatex mit Sicherheit untergeht!

flatex hat bis heute meinen Antrag auf Depotübertrag vor 7 Wochen (Einschreiben) nicht ausgeführt - keinen einzigen Depotposten. Stand vor 3 Wochen: Auftrag sei "im System". Unterschied zu heute: inzwischen werden telefonische Anfragen nicht mehr entgegengenommen (Aufgabe meinerseits nach halbstündigen Warteschleifen - auch eine einstündige war erfolglos).
