Awful customer service – not fit for purpose on the two occasions I have needed to contact them. In twenty years of investing they are comfortably the worst I have had to deal with, low fees or not.

    Ich bin seit Jahren Flatex Kunde .. aber was ich in den letzten Monaten erlebt habe ... ist echt unterirdisch. Abgesehen davon das Flatex bei weitem nicht mehr günstig ist ... ist der Service ( aus meiner Sicht gar nicht vorhanden) Anfang 2020 benötige eine Anfrage bzw die Antwort von Flatex per Kontaktformular .. "nur 3 wochen" was schon mehr als Seltsam ist .. Aktuell habe ich eine flasch gebrucht Position ( falscher Kaufpreis hinterlegt .. ) Diese Reklamaton dauert nun schon 6 Wochen .. ich habe noch keine Antwrot bekommen .. Manchmal frage ich mich wirklich ob da noch jemand zu Hause ist bei Flatex .. FÜr alle neuen meine Empfehlung .. FINGER WEG VON FLATEX !!! derzeit ist der Service aus meiner sicht nicht tragbar !! Sehr Schade Kaum statffindende Kommunikation und meine Depotübertragung zieht sich jetzt seit einem Viertel Jahr hin.
