Ich bin nun schon seit ein paar Jahren bei flatex. Am Anfang war ich sehr zufrieden, zumal die Gebührenstruktur recht angenehm war. Außerdem ging da noch Handel in Kanada und USA. Dann wurde gerade diese Gebühren drastisch erhöht, leider hatte ich bis dahin keine Alternative. Nun habe ich mehrere Positionen in Kanada liegen, die ich im Trader nicht verkaufen kann, weil das Angebot "Kanada" nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Mittlerweile wurden zwar die Gebühren für Kanada wieder auf ein erträgliches Maß reduziert, jedoch kann ich online keine Order aufgeben. Das erste Achtungszeichen war der Verkauf von flatex an einen Finanzdienstleister, klar das der nur auf Kohle aus ist. Bis heute habe ich nicht verstanden wofür ich eine Regulierungsgebühr zahlen soll.
Was ist da momentan eigentlich los? Hab am 25.01.2020 einen Depotübertrag eingereicht, aber bis heute ist nichts geschehen. Nicht einmal eine Eingangsbestätigung hab ich erhalten. Stattdessen ist jeder Verkauf von Wertpapieren seit drei Wochen ausgeschlossen, da die Auch ist eine Überweisung auf das Referenzkonto nicht mehr möglich, da die Rubrik Überweisung einfach dreist aus dem Online-Menue entfernt wurde. Das ist eine riesen Schweinerei und auch wohl rechtlich von Belang. E-Mails werden seit Wochen nicht beantwortet und auch Anrufe enden in der Warteschleife. Die Kommunikation ist eine schiere Katastrophe. Dass man die eigene Internetpräsenz zur Information der Kunden nutzt, liegt wohl ausserhalb des Vorstelliungskraft der Verantwortlichen. Es ist schon eine Unverschämtheit, wie man mit den Depotkunden umgeht. Beim derzeitigen Kursverfall an den Börsen wird man so täglich weiter enteignet, was man sich nicht gefallen lassen darf! Solche Zustände lassen nur einen Schluss zu, rechtlich dagegen vorgehen.
Flatex hat die höchsten Volumen Werte von allen Brokern, die ich kenne. Das zeigt mir, dass über diesen Broker am meisten gehandelt wird. Aber die Gebühren sind meiner Meinung nach, extrem hoch. Ist irgendwie ein Widerspruch.
Diese unschönen Erfahrungen gelten in gleichem Maße auch für die mit FLATEX kooperierende (relativ neue) BIW BANK, bei der man als FLATEX-Kunde regelmäßig sein Depot hat. Diese Bank aus Zwickau scheint ebenfalls nicht kunden- und „serviceorientiert“.

Meine Forderung an flatex lautet: kostenlose Stornierung aller offnen Positionen die an diesen Tage (02.03.2020) eröffnet wurden, das wäre dann in meinen Augen zumindest "Schadensneutral". Von daher meine Bitte an alle denen es genauso ergangen ist wie mir, über die gesicherte Kommunikation Post > Kontakt eine kostenlose Stornierung zu fordern.
