Daher muss ich leider den anderen Bewertungen zustimmen (auch im Lichte der sich deutlich verschlechterten Kontokoditionen mit hohen Negativzinsen und Depotgebühr): FINGER WEG VON FLATEX darin besteht keinerlei Zweifel.

am 10.01.2020 meldete ich über die Post-Funktion, dass Flatex meine Dividende meiner Carnival-Aktie nicht korrekt gebucht hat (Flatex hat 3 x Korrekturbuchungen durchgeführt ohne Kundeninfo!). Bis zum 27.01.2020 überhaupt keine Reatkion von Flatex, er wurde auch nichts korriegiert, die schriftliche Postanfrage wurde einfach am 28.01.2020 abgeschlossen (mit der Begründung, dass es technische Probleme gab!?)

Die DEGIRO Depot Meinungen von Kunden sind durchweg positiv, da das Unternehmen erfahrenen Trader mindestens eine Börse zum Handeln auf jedem Kontinent bereitstellt. Auch die Bewertungen auf Trustpilot zeigen, dass sich die Nutzer bei diesem Broker sehr gut aufgehoben fühlen. Durch die Bank weg sind fast nur positive Meinungen zu DEGIRO zu finden. Grund dafür ist sicherlich, dass das Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung der Programme selber Hand anlegt und regelmäßig auf den neusten Stand bringt. Andere Broker geben diese Aufgabe meist an Fremdfirmen weiter.
Diese Woche ist vielen Leuten (auch mir) klar geworden, wie es sowas von nicht selbstverständlich ist, dass man sich auf seinen Broker verlassen kann.

Ich hatte vergangenes Jahr ein Verlust bei degiro, den ich mit Gewinnen bei einer anderen Bank verrechnen wollte. Degiro stellt aber keine Verlustbescheinigung aus, das heißt, man kann diese Verluste nicht verrechnen. Die Leistung und die Preise sind ansich in Ordnung. Allerdings hat DEGIRO als niederländischer Broker für deutsche Kunden den Nachteil, dass Geld auf ein niederländischer Konto transferiert werden muss. Das führt bei mir regelmäßig zu Problemen in so fern, dass meine Überweisungen ...weiterlesenmehrfach und von unterschiedlichen Konten nicht auf meinem DEGIRO Konto angekommen ist. Auch der Kundenservice wusste keinen Rat. Das ist für mich mittlerweile ein Grund, mir einen anderen Broker zu suchen. Degiro punktet vor allem mit guten Konditionen an echten Handelsplätzen, die ich bei weitem L&S etc. vorziehe. Sowohl Handy-App als auch Website sind übersichtlich gestaltet und die Orders sind leicht zu handhaben, außerdem meist ordentliche Kursversorgung.
