Vor der Einführung der Depotgebühren im April habe ich die Bestätigung von Flatex erhalten, dass meine Kündigung eingegangen ist und keine Gebühren gezahlt werden müssen. Es ist durch einen FEHLER bei einer FUSION (Wo der Anleger ja ganz sicher nichts dafür kann, oder wurde etwa erwartet, dass ich selbst dem Fehler vorbeuge und ein paar Tage davor selbst verkauft hätte?) ein Verlust von 584€ verbucht (ja, wirklich verbucht, der Betrag war auf dem Konto weg, da braucht auch niemand von einem Buchverlust reden) worden und "zurückerstattet" werden einem rund 400€.
Die App ist ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und erklärt sich fast von alleine, was mir auch gefällt die App wird ständig verbessert und gewinnt an Qualität.
