Ich kann die hier bereits veröffentlichten schlechten Erfahrungen mit Flatex nur bestätigen. Auch mir fiel auf, dass zu manchen Zeiten -vorwiegend freitagnachmittags- das Webportal für längere Zeit ausfällt, und ein Einloggen dann nicht möglich ist. Eigentlich ein Skandal, zumal man bei Flatex auch noch Strafzinsen für liquides Guthaben zahlen muss. Dafür sollte man zumindest einen technisch zuverlässigen Wertpapierhandel erwarten können. Aber weit gefehlt! Als ich mich vorgestern ( 18.11.2019 ) in mein Flatex-Depot einloggte, traute ich meinen Augen nicht: In der Kontoübersicht wurde mir ein Depotwert angezeigt, der ca. 3000 EUR unter dem tatsächlichen Wert lag. Eine Wertpapier-Position im Wert von ca. 3000 EUR fehlte in der Aufstellung der Depotwerte! Ein Anruf bei der Flatex-Kundenhotline ergab, dass hier ein Fehler -offenbar ein Softwarefehler- vorlag. Man sagte mir, dass dieser Fehler zeitnah behoben würde, was dann auch geschah. Aber nach so einem Vorfall sind mir Zweifel gekommen, ob Flatex noch vertrauenswürdig ist. Ich bin jedenfalls schon auf der Suche nach einem anderen Broker...
Im Prinzip genügt ein formloses Schreiben an DEGIRO um sein Depot zu kündigen. Wichtig ist dabei, die Grunddaten anzugeben und auch das Depot, was man auflösen möchte. Zudem sollte man um eine Bestätigung der Kündigung erbitten.

Einzig die Varianten Stop Loss, Stop Limit und Trailing Stop Loss sind nur bei manchen Tradingoptionen erlaubt.
Ich kann die hier beschriebenen Erfahrungen mit Flatex nur bestätigen. Hatte bei Flatex am 05.02.2020 einen Depotübertrag mit Einschreiben beauftragt. Bisher hat Flatex diesen Depotübertrag nicht ausgeführt. Werde mich bei der Bafin beschweren.
Selbst als ich davon Gebrauch machte, wurde ich nicht verbunden, all das habe ich sogar auf Video aufgezeichnet, trotzdem behauptete Flatex, dass es keine Probleme mit dem Telefonbaking gab.

Ausgesprochen schlechte Problembehandlung: Ich wollte meinen Wegzug ins Ausland steuerfrei stellen. Das dauert nun schon mehrere Monate an. Jedes Mal wird eine lapidare Rückmeldung "haben wir weitergeleitet" gegeben und das Ticket flugs geschlossen. Eine Lösung lässt weiterhin auf sich warten. Und es handelt sich um ein Standardproblem.
Nervig sind auch die Strafzinsen auf Guthaben, aber das ist wohl eher die Schuld von Herrn Draghi. und der unbeschreiblich schlechten Politik der Europäischen Zentralbank.

Mein Auftrag zum Depotübertrag in Verbindung mit Kündigung von Ende Januar wurde noch nach 2 Monaten nicht vollzogen. Zuletzt mußte ich Positionen umschichten - pro Transaktion wurde EUR 15,90 in Rechnung gestellt (vor AGB-Änderung wären es noch 5,90 gewesen), über meinen neuen Broker hätte ich sogar lediglich EUR 4 dafür bezahlt. Flatex sollte die zusätzlich entstandenen Kosten bedingt durch die nicht zumutbare Verzögerung des Übertrags erstatten müssen.
