Die günstigen Handelskonditionen, das ist die eine Seite, die jederzeitige Handelbarkeit von Wertpapieren, die andere Seite. Das Handelssystem von Flatex ist anscheinend dem „Kundenansturm“ nach Veröffentlichung des Testbeitrages in keiner Weise gewachsen.

Ich würde von Flatex sehr enttäuscht. Der Service ist schlecht. Es dauert Wochen bis einem jemand einem Antwortet. Unter der Telefonnummer hängt man immer nur in der Warteschleife. Die negativ Zinsen und die Gebühren für die Aktienaufbewahrung finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt. Sie haben mir 5,90€ berechnet, für die Bestullung von Eintritskarten für die Hauptversamllung. Eine "Serivce" Gebühr. Eine Frechheit finde ich das bei so einer schlechten Leistung. Versuche jetzt meine Aktien von dort wegzubekommen. Ich habe schon mehrfach gelesen, dass sie versuchen die Kündigung noch hinauszuzögern, um Gebühren zu kassieren. Mal gucken, wie das bei mir wird.
