Ich muss dazu auch sagen, dass ich das VIP-Kundenmodell bei Flatex habe. Damit fallen bei mir keine Depotgebühren und Negativzinsen an. Diese sind tatsächlich sehr unschön, daher ein Stern abzug.
Als mein Broker ist Degiro hauptsächlich für ...weiterlesendie Ausführung meiner Orders zuständig. Und hier kostet die Erreichbarkeit jede positive Bewertung. Nicht nur, dass Flatex für jeden kleine änderung Formulare auf dem Postweg wünscht (Consors macht das nicht!), erklärte Flatex mir nun nach fast zehn Jahren, dass meine Unterschrift sich seit Kontoeröffnung verändert hätte. Kann gut sein, stellte aber bisher absolut kein Problem dar. Nun soll ich mich erneut legitimieren, dazu einen Notar nutzen und die Kosten selber tragen. Auf weitere Emails zur Klärung des Sachverhalts antwortet Flatex nun seit über zwei Wochen nicht mehr. Auf Nachfragen kommt nur die Antwort (nach mehreren Tagen!) ich solle mich bitte noch gedulden. Nein, meine Geduld ist absolut am Ende.
