...total unzufrieden! Reklamationen werden nicht richtig bearbeitet und die Antworten sind nebelös und haben keinen Inhalt. Dollar wird mit Euro vertauscht (zu meinem Nachteil). Die Listen werden nicht richtig dargestellt, Sparpläne werden nicht ausgefüht. Man muss sie daran erinnern!!!
auch wenn das nur eine schwacher Trost für Euch sein mag: Mir geht es genau so, ich fühle mich auch so mies behandelt und so verarscht wie Ihr! Meine Anfragen wurden selbst nach 3 - 4 Wochen (!) nicht beantwortet (bei CMC erfolgte eine kompetente Antwort immer innerhalb weniger Stunden), die Plattform ist verseucht von technischen Problemen, und als absoluten Höhepunkt kann / darf / soll / muss ich den Totalausfall der CFD-Plattform melden, welche seit fast 2 Tagen überhaupt nicht mehr aufrufbar ist! Dazu noch 0,4% Negativzinsen..............Noch schlechter geht es wirklich nicht!
