Die Tradingkosten sind zwar nicht elementar ausschlaggebend, als Schwabe lockte mich aber die ständige Flatex-Werbung und so habe ich im März zusätzlich ein Flatex-Konto eröffnet.Diese Konto werde ich in Kürze kündigen, da ich nur um meine Minenaktien und ein paar Chinatitel zu verwalten nicht noch einen O`Brooker brauche. Für mein aktives Geschäft ist Flatex absolut nicht geeignet.

Das ist eine riesen Schweinerei und auch wohl rechtlich von Belang. E-Mails werden seit Wochen nicht beantwortet und auch Anrufe enden in der Warteschleife. Die Kommunikation ist eine schiere Katastrophe. Dass man die eigene Internetpräsenz zur Information der Kunden nutzt, liegt wohl ausserhalb des Vorstelliungskraft der Verantwortlichen. Es ist schon eine Unverschämtheit, wie man mit den Depotkunden umgeht. Beim derzeitigen Kursverfall an den Börsen wird man so täglich weiter enteignet, was man sich nicht gefallen lassen darf! Solche Zustände lassen nur einen Schluss zu, rechtlich dagegen vorgehen.
