Ich gehe meist über meine Depotanzeige zu den jeweiligen Position und klick \"sell\" an. Am Abend zuvor hatte ich mir den WaveXXL ausgesucht, der mich auf eine DAX-Erholung hebeln sollte. Dieser Schein bis kurz vor 22 Uhr handelbar. Am Morgen wollte ich ihn nun mit sattem Gewinn verkaufen und natürlich bricht die Plattform zusammen. Kurze Zeit später unterschritt der Wave seinen Knock-Out und wurde gestoppt. Glücklicherweise habe ich direkt als Beweis eine E-Mail mit Screenshot an Flatex geschickt.

Mittlerweile wurden zwar die Gebühren für Kanada wieder auf ein erträgliches Maß reduziert, jedoch kann ich online keine Order aufgeben. Das erste Achtungszeichen war der Verkauf von flatex an einen Finanzdienstleister, klar das der nur auf Kohle aus ist. Bis heute habe ich nicht verstanden wofür ich eine Regulierungsgebühr zahlen soll.

Was ich nicht verstehe ist, dass diese ganzen Broker scheinbar (bei Flatex kann ich das aufgrund eigener Erfahrung sagen) mit der SocGen kein Notfallprozedere abgestimmt haben, um bei einem technischen Ausfall der SocGen freie Kundengelder von den CFD Transferkonten ggf. etwas verzögert aber geordnet z.B. wenigstens 1xtäglich auszahlen zu können.
