Es ist nicht im Ansatz ersichtlich, welchen finanziellen Aufwand die Einbuchung in das System für Flatex bedeutet. Das errinnert mich entfernt an § 309 Nr. 5 BGB, der für den pauschalierten Schadensersatz gilt.
