Mehrere Wochen später war diese Position wieder verschwunden und ich ging davon aus, dass die Aktien wieder freigegeben und die Angelegenheit damit erledigt war. Nur aus reiner Routine meldete ich mich nochmal bei Flatex und erkundigte mich nach dem Stand der Dinge. Man antwortete mir schriftlich, dass die Aktien, wie von mir angewiesen, zurückübertragen worden seienund lieferte mir sogar als "Beweis" meinen ursprünglichen Text in welchem ich in unmissverständlichem Deutsch exakt das Gegeneteil angewiesen habe. Es kostete mich mehrere Telefonate und E-Mails bis Flatex sich hier eingestand einen Fehler gemacht zu haben.
2. Negativzinsen bereits für Minderbeträge. Für Kleinstbeträge Negativzinsen zahlen ist etwas, für was ich gern, ebenso wie für die Gebühren bei ausländischen Dividendenerträge, eine Erklärung von Flatex hätte. Es gränzt schon an Lächerlichkeit, wenn man z.B. am Ende mit 0,01 € in den Miesen steht und diesen Cent nachbuchen muss/kann.
Hat mit Broker und Service nichts zu tun. Keine Ahnung ob in dieser Frima überhaupt noch jemand wohnt. null, null Service. Niemand am Telefon zu erreichen, auf Post Monate keinerlei Reaktion!

Meine Anfragen wurden selbst nach 3 - 4 Wochen (!) nicht beantwortet (bei CMC erfolgte eine kompetente Antwort immer innerhalb weniger Stunden), die Plattform ist verseucht von technischen Problemen, und als absoluten Höhepunkt kann / darf / soll / muss ich den Totalausfall der CFD-Plattform melden, welche seit fast 2 Tagen überhaupt nicht mehr aufrufbar ist! Dazu noch 0,4% Negativzinsen..............Noch schlechter geht es wirklich nicht!

Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit bin ich endlich dran nun der Service Bearbeiter hat gleich wieder aufgelegt!!! Ich glaube die entlassen gerade alle ihre Mitarbeiter und gehen wohl Bankrott gerade!!
