Vor der Einführung der Depotgebühren im April habe ich die Bestätigung von Flatex erhalten, dass meine Kündigung eingegangen ist und keine Gebühren gezahlt werden müssen. Monatelang ist nichts passiert, mehrfache Nachfragen erst nach Wochen beantwortet. Als dann im Juli der Depotwechsel erfolgte, wurden dennoch Depotgebühren ab April erhoben. Erst nach Drohung einer Meldung an die Bafin bewirkte eine schnelle Rückzahlung der Gebühren. Anscheinend ist das eine gängige Methode.

Dafür hat mir der Online Broker eine Frist von 10 Tagen gesetzt und geschrieben, dass in dem Fall, dass ich das nicht tue, sie dies an meiner Stelle durchführen und mir die Kosten in Rechnung stellen.
