Negativzinsen, kleinere Gebührenerhöhungen und der absolute Gipfel war die Ankündigung eine "Depotführungsgebühr" zum 1.3.2020 einzuführen. Man glaubt es kaum, sowas bei einem reinen online-Broker, der kein Filialnetz hat, zu finden. Kommuniziert wurde das kurz vor Weihnachten, habe es auch erst ein paar Tage später mitbekommen. Ein absolutes No-go, solch eine entscheidende Informtion kurz vor Weihnachten und durch eine unscheinbare Nachricht im online-Postfach bereitzustellen mit dem Titel neues Preisleitungsverzeichnis ab 1.3.. Solche Nachrichten kommen bei flatex nämlich häufiger vor. Erst wenn man das komplett durchgelesen hat, kommt der kleine Passus mit den Depotführungsgebühren.
