The web-based platform provides multiple tools for the investors. One of these features is charting. Website also provides an access to 13 technical indicators, nine drawing tools and multiple chart types and views. The mobile app is straight-forward and efficient. The app enables the investor to place trades and get alerts and notification. This firm allows various deposits options such as the bank transfer, SOFORT banking and Trustly, which varies across different countries. Moreover, DEGIRO allows trade in 9 base currencies which include CHF, DKK, GBP, CZK, NOK, SEK, EUR, PLN and HUF. In the UK, only bank transfers are allowed at the moment. Bank transfers can take up to 2-3 business days whereas Trustly allow an immediate transaction which takes up to 30 minutes only. Bank transfers usually follow strict rules, it only permits transfers from bank accounts in your name from the accepted countries.

Am 27.01.2020 wurde der Depotübertrag eingeleitet. Am 12.02.2020 habe ich die Flatex über das Service Portal zu dem aktuellen Status des Depotübertrags angesprochen, bis heute keine Anwort (Stand 25.02.2020). Mittlerweile habe ich 2 Mal nachgehakt. Für mich ist ein solches Verhalten nicht akzeptable. Eigentlich muss ein Depotübertag nach maximal 3 Wochen abgeschlossen sein. Sollte in den nächsten Tagen von Flatex keine Reaktion kommen, werde ich mit allen möglichen Mittel gegen Flatex vorgehen.
Allerdings ist DEGIRO als Broker noch recht jung und besteht erst seit dem Jahr 2008. In Deutschland ist man zudem erst seit Herbst 2014 tätig. Dennoch verfügt der Online-Broker schon über einen gewissen Grad an Erfahrungen.
