Meine Hausbank erhöhte in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich die Kontoführungsgebühren, aber letztendlich werde ich nicht wegen 100 Euro im Jahr zu irgendeiner anderen Bank wechseln solange ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis als angemessen empfinde und ich mich dort gut aufgehoben fühle. Seit der Übernahme von Degiro scheint flatex nun auch soviel Fahrt aufgenommen zu haben das man endlich etwas mehr Fokus auf das Design der App legt. Die flatex Next-Darstellung schaut wirklich nett aus und ist eine echte Weiterentwicklung gegenüber der angestaubten classic-Variante. Wenn ihr nun auch noch die Steuerbuchungen in der Next-Darstellung einbaut und die Wertpapiersuche vernüftig funktioniert würde ich diese auch häufiger nutzen. Uneingeschränktes Lob gilt jedoch der flateXSecure-App. Insbesondere wenn man unterwegs mal eine Order aufgeben wollte war die alte ITAN-Karte absolut grauenvoll. Mit der neuen App, die auch FaceID unterstützt läuft die Autorisierung in Sekunden! Für alle, die häufiger handeln, kann ich jedoch ganz klar die Guidants-App empfehlen, bei welcher sich die flatex-Account problemlos verknüpfen lässt. Mit kostenlosen Realtime-Kursen (L&S/Tradegate) und dem News-Feed mein persönlicher Favorit unter den Apps. Ein Thema am Rande, welches ich eigentlich keine Beachtung schenke, nun aber am Jahresende hoch kam und den Kreis zur eingangs erwähnten Kommunikation schließt: ETF-Sparpläne! Zwei Tage vor Jahresende/Sparplanausführung zu informieren das Lyxor ETFs nicht mehr kostenlos als Sparplan laufen ist nicht so toll. Und bei besten Willen, unter den noch kostenlosen ETFs ist ziemlich viel Schrott. In der Hoffnung das sich von flatex die Bewertung anschaut: macht bei den Frontends weiter, wo ihr mit flatexNext angefangen habt! Baut noch eine vernüftige Wertpapiersuche ein und beschränkt euch doch auf wenige, aber "vernüftige" ETF-Sparpläne (MSCI World, NASDAQ100, DAX, MDAX, Emerging Markets und vielleicht noch ein Paar zu erneuerbare Energien und nachhaltige Investments), die dann aber kostenlos sind.
