Bei Kontaktanfragen musste ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen z.T. bis zu 3 Wochen!! auf Antwort von Flatex warten, einen guten Service stelle ich mir anders vor. Die 1/4 jährlichen Steuerreporte sind sehr verwirrend, auch hier können es andere Broker deutlich besser.

Dobrý den Evo, po komunikaci s paní Olgou jsme zjistili, že tyto balíčky jsou vysoce nevýhodné a za dané peníze získáte pouze cca 60% hodnotu, než by šlo koupit např. u Simplecoin či CCshop. Proto tedy, pokud nechcete zbytečně přijít o peníze, bych zmíněný balíček nepřebíral a radši bych využil služby směnáren.
