Angefangen von 5,- EUR Gebühr für Dividendengutschrift, über die Negativzinen auf Guthaben und umgekehr Straßzins bei "zu schneller" Überweisung und jetzt der Gipfel: Weigerung bei der Auszahlung einer Dividende, die am 3.1. beschlossen und am 12.1. gutgeschrieben sein sollte. Bis heute heisst es: "Tut uns leid, wir haben interne Probleme." Die interessieren mich genauso wenig, wie Flatex meine Probleme oder Fehler interessieren. Flatex ist zwar günstig beim An/Verkauf, aber sehr überteuert beim Handling. Und jetzt auch noch Diebstahl von Dividende. Muss wohl meinen RA kontaktieren.

Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Flatex Depotkunde und übertrage neuerdings regelmäßig Aktien aus einem anderen Depot zu Flatex. Eines Tages erhielt ich von Flatex einen Anruf in dem mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass es laut der Quellbank wohl zu einem Buchngsfehler gekommen ist, wodurch mir zuviele Aktien übertragen worden seien. Unter Hinweis darauf, dass das Gespräch aufgezeichnet wird, wurde ich gefragt ob ich einer Rückübertragung zustimme. Skeptisch auf Grund der unklaren Sachlage und der wahrgenommenen Eile, lehnte ich ab und versprach die Angelegenheit zeitnah zu prüfen. Kurz darauf erhielt ich noch mehrere Emails von Flatex, in welchen ich um Rückmeldung gebeten wurde. Bei der Überprüfung zeigte sich, dass ich die Forderung nicht nachvollziehen kann.
Ordermanipulation von Flatex. Bereits 3x wurde eine VK-Order von Flatex manipuliert und dadurch zum Schaden des Kunden (mir) ausgeführt.

Kušner koupí NĚKDE na dobírku (což už to samo o sobě nechápu) Ripple a potom bude tvrdit, že je samotný Ripple podvod, ačkoliv měna s tím jakou formou ji někdo prodává nemá nic společného. Vygooglil jsem si ten Nedcoin, správně jsem našel, že se jmenuje NED Token, zaregistroval jsem se do systému vydavatele tohoto tokenu a nikde jsem u nich platbu na dobírku nenašel, nepochopil jsem tedy proč například tuto měnu spojujete s Vašim nákupem Ripple na dobírku?
