Seit Monaten bemühe ich mich, habe unzählige Mails mit Bildern von Transaktionen, Systemproblemen, ständig stellt Flatex keine Kurse. Immer wieder wird darauf verwiesen, dass Flatex nicht für die Kursstellung verantwortlich sei. Obwohl es überall Kurse gab, schafft das System bei großen Kursschwankungen es nicht, Preise zu stellen.
Ich mußte innerhalb eines Monats mein Depot kostenpflichtig liquidieren und bezahlte so auch noch meine Kündigung. Gern hätte ich dafür einen Schadensersatz nach AGB 13

Ich muss aber sagen, dass wegen diesem Stress, den es bei mir auch bei den CFDs gab, Flatex für Daytrading definitiv NICHT zu empfehlen ist.
