Vor der Einführung der Depotgebühren im April habe ich die Bestätigung von Flatex erhalten, dass meine Kündigung eingegangen ist und keine Gebühren gezahlt werden müssen. Monatelang ist nichts passiert, mehrfache Nachfragen erst nach Wochen beantwortet. Als dann im Juli der Depotwechsel erfolgte, wurden dennoch Depotgebühren ab April erhoben. Erst nach Drohung einer Meldung an die Bafin bewirkte eine schnelle Rückzahlung der Gebühren. Anscheinend ist das eine gängige Methode.
Mit dieser neuesten Ankündigung der Einführung einer Depotgebühr von 0,1 % ist m. E. das Ende der Fahnenstange erreicht und Flatex wird ihre Kunden massiv verärgern und müssen mit der Konsequenz rechnen, daß Kunden ihre z.T. langjährigen Kundenbeziehungen aufkündigen werden!!!

Mein Fazit ist ganz klar, wer viel mit Optionsscheinen,Zertifikaten, Waves etc. handelt sollte sich mit Flatex auseinandersetzen. Die Jungs von Flatex haben hier ganze Arbeit geleistet und einen günstigen und qualitativ hochwertigen Service entwickelt! Das es auf das Verrechnungskonto keine Zinsen gibt und der Kundenservice schlecht zu erreichen ist sollte man nicht so eng sehen. Man zahlt ja schließlich auch nicht viel. Ich spiele seit einigen Jahren an der Börse. Jeder, der das auch macht, weiß genau wie viel Geld er an Provisionen verliert. Um diese Kosten zu senken, habe ich 2006 ein Depot bei Flatex aufgemacht.
