Am 23.03.2007 hat Flatex in meinem Depot -14.250 Aktien von der Firma Terax Energy Inc. mit Nummer US88078Q3020 angelegt und einen Brief geschrieben, dass ich wegen des Reverse Split im Verhältnis 20:1 mehr Aktien verkauft hätte, als ich in Besitz hatte und müsste deswegen mein Depot ausgleichen und 14.250 Terax Energy Inc. Aktien nachkaufen. Dafür hat mir der Online Broker eine Frist von 10 Tagen gesetzt und geschrieben, dass in dem Fall, dass ich das nicht tue, sie dies an meiner Stelle durchführen und mir die Kosten in Rechnung stellen.

    Ich habe bereits einen Kommentar über den langsamen Depot Wechsel seitens Flatex berichtet.. Nun ein Nachtrag ich habe am 04.02.2020 einen Depot Wechsel beantragt, am 08.06.2020 ist der Wechsel nun vollzogen. Es bleibt bei meiner Aussage FINGER WEG VON FLATEX darin besteht keinerlei Zweifel.

    habe letztes Jahr eine sehr kleine Summe in Aktien bei flatex investiert. Hatte 26 Aktien im September 2019 gekauft, nun sind sie um knapp 400% gestiegen. Als ich mich bei flatex einloggte und sah, das ich statt 26 nur noch 2 habe, war ich geschockt. Mein Postfach ist voll mit Verlustschwellenmeldungen. Kann mir das jemand erklären...bitte? Bei flatex selbst ist niemand erreichbar. Ich ärger mich Wahnsinnig.
