Flatex hat oft techn. Probleme, selbst in nicht turbulenten Zeiten. Man kann hier vielleicht ein Zwar wirken die Gebühren insbesondere für den Aktienhandel und für Einsteiger auf den ersten Blick attraktiv (wenngleich es noch günstigere Konkurrenten gibt). Andererseits ist FLATEX nach meinem Dafürhalten eben insgesamt eher billig. – Kundenorientierung sowie Kundenzufriedenheit spielen bei diesem Unternehmen nach meinen vergangenen Erfahrungen eine untergeordnete Rolle. Vielmehr überwiegt der Eindruck, dass für FLATEX möglichst alles mit dem geringsten Aufwand erledigt wird. Hinzu kommt, dass auch die Technik öfters mal nicht funktioniert, was unerfreulich ist.
Nahezu passend zu der Aktion veröffentlichte Degiro an diesem Tag die Meldung, dass der Support überlastet sei und der Telefonservice nur noch international auf englisch erreichbar sei und man doch eine Mail schreiben solle.
Anstrengend, sehr nervig und belastend, wenn man mit risikoreichen Papieren handelt. Ich würde meinen Verlust aus den letzten 6 Monaten auf mindestens 15.000 € beziffern.

Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist inzwischen miserabel, ca. 25 min Wartezeit. Bei meinem heutigen, 2. Anruf wurde der Depot- Übertrag in mehreren Wochen in Aussicht gestellt. Deutschlands angeblich beliebtester Onlinebroker braucht somit für einen Depot -Übertrag 4 Monate! Inzwischen ist die Bafin wegen dieser Verschleppungstaktik tätig geworden. Aber angeblich hat Flatex jede Menge Neukunden gewonnen. Allen neuen Interessenten kann ich nur raten: Finger weg. Allein für die Übersendung der Steuerbescheinigung hat Flatex im vergangenen Jahr 6 Monate gebraucht!
